In an international study, 82% of respondents said that they did not feel comfortable talking about mental health and yet another report, 92% said they would prefer to seek help from AI/robot over a mental health professional. In essence, when it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact.

Now if we can agree on those facts; listen to this: With adult children, small children and teenage children's unhealthy people you have attachments to attempt control through their own children and grandchildren. Different forms of abuse yes.... but we can bring a sense of reality, hope and support to the Tsunami.
